Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

  • All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase is complete.

  • Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we are unable to process refund requests. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, contact us at hello@the1st28.org and we will be happy to help.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable under Delaware law

Course Refund Policy

  • Not all courses are structured the same way, and our refund policy reflects that.

  • For courses offered as a single complete experience, all sales are final and refunds are not available. We provide preview content and full course descriptions so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us at hello@the1st28.org before completing your purchase.

  • For courses delivered in modules, refund requests will be considered within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

    • The request must be submitted in writing to hello@the1st28.org within the 7-day window

    • The buyer must not have accessed more than one module of the course

    • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered under any circumstances

  • Accessing course content beyond the first module constitutes acceptance of the full purchase and voids refund eligibility, regardless of when the request is submitted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
