The Next Chapter — Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment

All session fees are due in full at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed. The Next Chapter accepts all major credit and debit cards through our secure booking platform.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full credit toward a future session. Credits are valid for 60 days from the date of the original booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable. This policy exists to respect the time of both our clients and our team.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests can be made directly through the link in your booking confirmation email. Same-day rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy above.

No Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact us in advance, your session fee is forfeited in full. A no-show is defined as missing your session without any prior notice or failing to join the video call within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions. If you have a concern about your session experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at info@the1st28.org and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Monthly Accountability Package

The Job Search Accountability Check-In monthly package of four sessions is billed as a single payment at the time of purchase. Individual sessions within the package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms above. Unused sessions within a monthly package do not roll over to the following month and are non-refundable after the 30-day billing period has closed.

Discovery Call

The free 15-minute discovery call requires no payment. However, if you do not attend and do not cancel in advance, future booking privileges for the free discovery call may be limited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your session, the remaining time will be used as available. The session will not be extended beyond the original scheduled end time and the full session fee applies.

Privacy

Everything shared within your session is strictly confidential. The Next Chapter does not share, sell, or disclose any personal information discussed during coaching sessions. Your story is yours.
